What I'm saying is that people who feel insecure about their sensor write off equivalence as a meme, but a newbie who wants to learn will find resources out there that are all done in 35mm equivalent terms.
Equivalence gives focal lengths meaning.
You tell me you have a camera with a 4.25mm focal length lens and it tells me nothing. You tell me it's a 28mm equivalent and suddenly we're talking the same language.
MFT is awesome, but you don't need to deny equivalence to enjoy it.
