When i was in miami i met a family that was staying down there for 6 months. Drug dealers from the southside spending 400 USD a day on food booze and lodging. Probably some of the only successful people in Chicago don't even want to live there half the year.
I would have sued the Chicago Police for failure of duty. you are paying taxes for the police to help you
