I understand. People here can be mean, and usually for no reason--usually they're just trolling, or trying to make themselves feel better by making someone else feel worse. But you have to understand that you're engaging in that exact same behavior, right?
Instead, why not funnel that into something *constructive*. Go to the photo threads on the board and give people some genuine critique--not just "Shit sux lol", but actually tell them what you like about the photos, what you dislike about them, and how you think they could improve. Real constructive criticism, like you apparently didn't get when you posted photos here. Instead of reinforcing the /p/ culture of trolling and dicknishness, try to build up a culture of actual help and support for people who enjoy photography.
