>>3390917hell yeah brother. i call that shit 'pre-processing'. stuff like carefully selecting and adjusting your film, filters, composition, framing, exposure settings, etc. the more you do before you press the shutter the less you have to do afterwards. it's way better than post-processing. it's like going to the gym and eating right instead of just becoming a fat shit and putting on nice clothes and makeup to try to hide your grotesque body.
>>3390908op that's good, but you really need inspiration. there are lots of technically competent photos on the internet and most of them are hella boring and not worth looking at. you just gotta get inspired my dude. consume lots of art. go to galleries, watch foreign films, listen to underground music, date a hipster girl that likes to paint abstract pictures of forests and crows and shit. just get into it. open your mind. take drugs. put yourself into new experiences. ride a bus for an hour without knowing where it's going and then just get off and wander around. i dont know man, just do something.
