So, how the fuck do you get a lens to focus to infinity? In auto focus, it can't see anything and it will refuse to focus. In manual, infinity is at some arbitrary point, and I can't see anything through the lens or screen, so hitting that point is almost impossible. I didn't even have a moon to look at, so it was just trial and error (and luck) to find the right spot.
