>>4000167Most of the time they don't even notice, but I have put a lot of time in learning how to be invisible. I usually pretend that I'm taking a photo of something above or behind the the subject. I'll take a few fake shots, then pretend that I'm messing around the settings, that's when I shoot the real photo. Best single advice I can give for learning to be invisible: Never interact with the subject - Don't look at them, don't nod at them, pretend they don't exist.
But I've learned that people don't really mind having their picture taken. You just gotta make sure that you have open and friendly body language. If someone catches you taking a photo, keep moving. Sometimes it can result in a fun conversation, other times a super tense one. Just rule out the possibility and keep putting those feet to pavement.
