With the D5100, pushed images have no fixed pattern noise and no color overcast either. You push an underexposed ISO 3200 image +5 EV and it turns white not magenta with a Burberry pattern.
This one is taken from a post in dpreview, from a 5D II. I have observed a similar phenomenon when pushing my own Canon.
The Nikon didn't do this.
