The waterfall was just a nice steady white noise breaking up the howling wind. (which you get used to after about day 5)
The scale of that place is nuts though, there's like a thousand mini waterfalls on either side of the valley, and somehow down the winding road is an incredibly picturesque looking city. (Was in the Secret Life of Walter Mitty, which i actually watched on the way home on the plane).
anyway, I had another 5 hours of driving ahead of me that day, so I didn't stick around as much as I would have liked to...
