Good stuff if you've got ghetto equipment options or no time/room/crew to bring in lights. It's mildly blinding in person, but you get fantastic light while maintaining a natural look once you tone it down a bit in post. I'm sure plenty of people have done that, but I've never heard it mentioned before.
