And yes modern $200-$300 lenses are better, my point was that those vintage lenses that you can buy both for around $150 have almost as good image quality as the $200-300 ones.
So given the choice between the cheap copies which cost around $150 each and the vintage lenses with the much better image quality, which would you go for?
