Easy.
Step 1:
Take some photos of people arround you: friends family, so you get pretty okay to good with taking picture of people.
Step 2:
Get some buisnes cards printed and lay them out at places were people are: local book stores, doctor offices, doctors for pets (vets? Idk not english), etc etc...
In case step two doesnt work: replace all human elements in step 1 and 2 but with dogs. Old ladies love getting picture of there pets.
And now the ultimative money trick: get good in taking mood picture for coffee stores, bars, restaurants, barber shops etc etc.
These are buisnesses so they can afford to pay you 50€ to take some cool social media content...
Look up northboarders (i think you spell him like this (also i hate that dude but this one video is quite good)) he made a video about going into coffee stops and asking for money for pictures.
