Buy a q666 tripod off ebay or aliexpress for $50, some chink flash for $30, a diffuser for $8, a remote for $5 and an SD card for like $20. Learn the exposure triangle, download lightroom, watch some tutorials, always shoot raw and don't touch the global saturation and vibrance sliders, always use HSL. Then shoot until you save up enough money to upgrade your gear. A better camera won't magically make your photos better, but it's near impossible to get anything usable out of a 1/2.3" sensor.
