I don't know if you're just trying to jump on the MFT hate bandwagon or what, but theoretically MFT noise is at worst two stops of ISO. Are you telling me that ISO 800 on FF "ABSOLUTELY BLOWS"? And that's assuming you're hitting the theoretical max discrepancy, which you certainly aren't since the actual observed difference in noise taking into account all factors like the lower digital noise from FSI sensors, and the lower EMI from the smaller sensor, and the actual perceptible noise advantage of a FF camera of the same generation is more like 1 stop.
I also denoise my images. Here's one I took at ISO 25600. Do you see much noise? Guess what my NR settings were in LR...
