I have a 70-200mm f/2.8, so the two stops I lose won't bother me too much.
Seems more logical than spending 5x the money on a 100-400mm or something. I know the contrast and resolution of my images will be affected, but honestly, from what I saw, I can live with that.
Still, I want to hear your opinions. Does anyone have this combo (70-200 f/2.8 and 2x TC)? How's your experiences with it? Could go for the 1.4x, but I think the magnification is not sufficient...
