>>3220854As long as you are taking photos in a public area in the US you are fine. Cant use the photos commercially (advertising) but can use them as "news" or sell them as fine art*. (* i have heard conflicting things about selling photos with subjects under 18 as fine art. Some ppl say you need a model release for under 18? i never have and routinely see photographs of 10 year old indian boys being sold as fine art with no model release.)
Now a sticky issue is photographing under 18 year olds in public. This can be considered child porn depending on the level of lewdness determined by a judge which can be big trouble in the US.
Worse that can happen to you is be sued. In my experience it is very rare to have a civil action filed against you, except by large corporations if you are hurting their brand.
TL;DR
just take take photos of anything you want in public, including naked kids and if you do make sure they arn't explicitly sexual or could be interrupted that way.
