>>2898273Cross processing won't ruin your film, per se. If you've exposed correctly the pictures will be fine, however do expect wild contrast, lots of saturation and vibrance. It's pretty easy to recreate cross process effects in post though, I believe VSCO has filters that do the same thing.
I'd have them processed normally. Next time maybe look into more suitable film, since Velvia is a very slow film intended for landscapes. Something like Portra 400 overexposed one stop will give a lovely soft summery look. Pic related is what I'm talking about
