By normalizing unhealthy features, it weakens our species. There's a reason why ugly people are considered ugly, it's a signal that they are unfit to reproduce. It's not mean, it's simply the truth. But now we parade around fat people and ugly people, and people with genetic diseases like they're models and fuckable, which only harms our society.
