You don't really need a 600, specially in m43, since you already have a 2× amplification due to the sensor size, I haven't used that lens in particular but I played with a friends Oly 40-150, and it felt a bit limited for the birds, sometimes they perched too far up.
The lens I have for birding is a 45-200, there's still some stuff that stays too far but it's good enough for most of the time.
