This actually looks really interesting. Was it a staged photo, or did you come across this somewhere? As for a critique, more personal opinion, would've taken the picture from a further distance to get the environment around it. It would make it even more peculiar being able to see the average environment around it. So, in this case for the subject matter it wouldve been better without the blur and focus on the subject. The contrast is already there with the subject matter.
