Any idea what these streaks could be from? It's on negs themselves. Unfortunately there's two variables:
1) My chems are going bad. I think I'm on roll 27 out of a 1L kit that's supposed to do 16. However, the 35mm roll I developed with this looks totally fine. But perhaps the streaks just aren't as apparent due to the smaller format?
2.) The film is bad. It's old Portra VC mostly stored in the fridge...but there was a stretch of around 18mo where it was stored at room temp.
