I have two different bags, one for work and one for travel.
I'll start with my work bag.
I keep things really simple, this is my full-time job bag. I have a wireless trigger set and 2 flashes. A clone of the rogue flash bender. Tamron 24-70 2.8 IS and the Canon 50MM 1.4. Cleaning kit (not in photo is also sensor swabs) business cards. Backup body that is never used, it's there just in case my 5D shits itself and finally some duct tape. If I need to I will also bring my 70-200 but for 70% of the jobs I take, this set up is more than capable. I also carry a notebook and pen that is switched from my work to travel bag.
