I got a 8'' Dob I ordered a Variable Camera Adapter Projection should hopefully be here next week gonna try it with my 8'' dob but from what I heard your gonna want a refractor telescope.
If I was you better heard over to reddit or maybe cloudynights or astronomyforum and ask them for what telescope would be a good telescope for your budget.
But why waste $1,500+ on a telescope if your not gonna stick with the hobby.
