You know you don't have to be a photographer if you don't want to. However invested you are now, if you completely stopped, sold your camera, and never looked back, your life wouldn't get worse. You wouldn't miss it. You might regret ever doing it once the clarity hits. Your life might actually get better. You'll spend less time here, you'll go outside to enjoy places instead of to creep around photographing them (assuming you do that anymore), you might become more productive or get a more interesting hobby like learning a second language or playing an instrument. No one would even feel a loss without your snapshits, everyone can take a decent picture with a phone, and photographer is typically a lame hobby and unreliable profession anyways.
No one really cares if you're a photographer or not. You can always just stop, and leave all the gear arguments and comparisons behind. Never worrying about sensor specs or lens aberrations again, never worrying about AI art again, never arguing about brands or prices. No more taking shitty mindless pictures at a high rate just to be "hasphoto" while you argue about gear. You can just leave it all behind, no one will care, especially not you.
