Anything from Tamron or Sigma will serve you well.
Go to a camera store and test them out to see which one you want.
The Panasonic 12-35mm f/2.8 and the Panasonic 30-100mm f/2.8 are good zoom lenses for video.
Sigma makes an f/1.8 zoom for video which is great but it is also expensive.
Zoom lens; best all around lens
Prime lens; best for low light
Wide angle; best for low light
If you want to video tape products or food ask the camera store to let you test out macro lenses.
The macro lens is the lens I always go for because I like to do extreme close ups and video products and the macro lens does those things very well.
The lens you get all depends on what you plan on videoing.
