If you aren't auto focusing why do you need a mirror? Mirrorless makes more sense for manual focusing due to EVF, peaking, zoom, etc.

Also since you think the A7 series are crop you might want to do more research, especially into the fact that Sony sensors have less noise than Canon sensors
