>>4283597>EF-SEF-S means lenses for APS-C, so of course they won't work with FF film bodies.. Amazingly, film EF Canons should work with newest EF full frame lenses - although with third parties can be wonky. Kinda wanna try Sigma 40 1.4 ART on film; lens sharper wide open than any film besides CMS20 can resolve.
>>4285119If you don't have a digital camera yet and only plan on scanning 35mm, Plustek is the way to go. Just don't invest into flatbeds, and when you finally get your digital camera, throw in a macro lens and a Chinese scanning holder.
>>4284223>>4285187I got a Fotopro X-Aircross 2 that I use with 4x5 and Bronica S2A, both a tiny bit lighter than an RB. Love chinese carbon fiber tripods, super light, although now I would probably go with Ulanzi Zero Y instead. Picrel taken using this tripod. When I had an RB67, I used it with a Manfrotto Element Traveller that worked fine too. Your technique may matter more than the tripod itself - keeping the center column low, adding weight to the bottom, using mirror up if possible (RB has that, S2A doesn't), and waiting for vibrations to stop.
All in all if you can, it would be best to bring your gear to a store to try out some options they might have, then of course thank the clerk and buy the tripod online.
>>4285199Sounds like a broken plastic gear. You could try to open it to see what's wrong, but no guarantees. Or you can treat it as a reason to upgrade to Optima 1535~
