I shoot with an A7III, almost always wide open and the 85mm is one of my most used lenses but the two things about it I'm less pleased with are potentially the greatest strengths of the Sigma. First is the extreme chromabs you get with the 1.2L, even under favorable conditions. Second is the lack of burst and video autofocus with the A7III.
I'm looking for some advice. I love the bokeh of the 1.2L but the more I think on it the more attractive the Sigma becomes.
Would I be making a mistake by taking this trade?
