A factor for choosing shots better is the viewfinder on a pentax 67 is nice and big - I definitely feel more in tune with the shot compared to my a7. But that is also because it is harder to focus with my shitty eyesight and microprism screen.
It's a weird one. There's definitely something pleasurable about these big cameras that might affect the approach. And yes, having a nice palm sized shot makes you appreciate it more.
