your size seems to be 23x35 in, usually 16x20 in (40 x 50 cm) is the comfortable max for 35mm quality/grain-wise, but it might not matter if you won't be getting too close to the print.
As for googling, "CITYNAME fine art photo print/digital imaging shop" should work. Depending on the size of your city, they should offer a high quality scans from the negative and then print it. Most will only print film from scans, (at least here in the US), most shops don't use the negative to print c-prints (chemical prints, ie with an enlarger).
