>>2676684>>2676697>>2677063>>2676738Hello and thanks a lot, VFX anon here, we shot with the FS700 and the F5 RAW recorder from sony (can't remember the name) in 4K and 2K, we had really good Canon lenses too and some basic gear (dolly, steadycam etc) we could get because a lot of my friends work in photo and video or they just had DIYed them.
We ended up spending around 1500€ (Camera/food/clothes and various stuffs), it's nothing because the crew (more than 20 people) worked for free and especially because I did all the post production alone so it was free, even if time is money and it took me a while.
For B&W I went with some basic luma contrast to set the mood then some channel mixing and adjustments (really important in b&w as silly as it sounds), then a basic black and white conversion (you can't tweak it in premiere which is a shame, and the reason I made some channel adjustments beforehand), then I used a lot of secondary adjustments and masking, which is done a lot in b&w photography to bring details up and down or bring attention to some other details.
Everything was done online in premiere.
