I'm trying to present them outside of the typical food photography scope and to look at the plates a little differently. I think noodles are especially great for this due to their variety, chaos and how they weave in and out of broth. I think there's a lot of imagination that can be conjured through that. I'm a chef and do my regular food photography in colour, so this was also a way for me to differentiate the project from my actual work.
I like and appreciate what you have to say though, I think I could probably have expressed myself better on that side of it, but I also wanted to be more neutral and see what people take from it. It's all valid and super interesting to me to receive any feedback.
