All you need is one that lets you go down to 38 degrees. Reminder that you should set the temperature to approx. 40 degrees because the chemicals will never be the same temperature as the water because they're in a bottle

Your hot water that comes out the tap is around about 50C no need to boil water.

Coming from someone who's used a sous vide and just using tap water to dev E6 and C41, the sous vide is soooo much easier and less stressful. Just put everything in the water wait about 20mins for it all to get to the right temperature (I wait around an hour just to be sure) and you're off to the races.
Even Cinestill made a water heater that is pretty much a sous vide
