Keep in mind the blurryness comes from 2 factors, a) the fact the welding glass is dirty as hell and I cba to clean it for a test like this and b) I held it in front of the lens and may have bumped the camera during the 8 second exposure
As far as green colour cast goes, I did a one click white balance correction and pulled down the green channel a bit, it could be fine tuned better.
But I reckon it's fine if you just want to do B/W
