Samyang has a 14mm Prime that is 630 UDS wight now if you're into that. It's the one with Autofocus.
The other options are Voigtlander 10mm / 12mm / 15mm, Tonkina 20mm, Laowa 15mm. But they are all around 800 bucks so probably out of your range.
