You can go "wahhh but i don't like DXO" all you like, but all you're whining about is a set of testing protocols that was designed to do exactly what you are asking, and not by DXO, but by CNES, the french space agency. Literal rocket scientists consider this to be a good method of measuring resolution of a camera system objectively.
