D750 = 1120g
I'm not LARPing when I say there are times I carry my D5600. I'm not doing it to make a point. I'm not doing it out of insecurity. I'm not doing it because I don't realise that FX is better. I could easily splurge and buy a D780 but why do that when I haven't even worn in my D750? I've got adds up to sell this bad boy and could easily transition to a D780 at any time I want.
I'm doing it because its enough. Because 20% less weight CAN make a difference; whether at the end of a C-Stand or just at a family BBQ.
The D750 is one of the lightest FF DSLRs this side of mirrorless and I still opt for a crummy DX 'sometimes'. Now should I sell all my F glass and jump to Z mount or Sony? Maybe but that's a different debate entirely.
Nek minute you're gonna tell me to switch to fucking medium format with 10k in the hole when all I wanted to do was take pics of chikens and butterflies.
