I'm looking for a Camera recommendation.
I currently use a Sigma SD1 and a Fuji X-T3. I would like to sell both and get one camera. The Sigma is actually my primary camera and it's been my favorite camera I've ever owned, I love the way Foveon sensors render light and the aesthetic I can create with them. However, I also shoot a lot of low light and do a lot of night photography which is when I use my Fuji because shooting the Foveon at night can be extremely challenging due to it's ISO performance above 1600.
I've looked at buying a CCD DSLR, but those don't actually perform much better in low light from the sample images I've seen and most CCD cameras, from what I can tell, couldn't go above 3200 anyway.
Is there a camera anyone would recommend that would split the difference? I often find the Fuji images too 'clinical' and sharp for my taste.
I don't have a strong preference of mirrorless or dslr and I don't have a preference for APS-C or full frame I'm open to whatever as long as the mount has decent lens support. I'm looking to spend around ~$2000 on the body (although preferably less)
