I'm not saying that colors have to always be 100% true to real life. There's always room for stylization. But here, the strong color casts end up dulling the picture because they rob the picture of much needed contrast. You can still get that faded, trendy, whatever look while still having contrast. Without it, a picture will just look flat.
Also, like another anon said, her skin is kinda sickly looking.
Some individual color channel curve adjustments in the shadows and the highlights would really help. Here's a possible way to approach it.
