I would have gone Sony for a DSLM but I have a strong aversion to Sony in every single area. Never made a good experience with them.
Oly and Pana should just team up and make a FF mount too. They have proven to be playing with the big boys with their tiny sensors. Nikon is dying anyway and Canon wont get their mirrorless system off the ground anytime soon, can't leave half the FF/MF mirrorless market to Sony.
