>>3451089Kinda? The scene is interesting but you should've shot it higher to get the fence out of the way, also the fence posts probably shouldn't be there. It's crooked judging by the vertical elements in the buildings. It's not really following rule of thirds or golden ratio or anything but I still kinda like the horizontal layout of buildings, but that's something relevant to the scene you photographed and not actually your photograph itself. It would have looked better from another position, perhaps farther away, or higher up, or who knows, I wasn't there.
