Any person on this board could have taken exactly the same shot. The only thing you appear to have had control over in this shot was the focal length and the framing and you managed to somehow fuck both of those up.
The only thing I'll give you is that it's at least shot at 1/60, though I'm pretty sure that was the cameras decision and not your own.
At some point you'll have to look at what you are doing and what other photographers are doing and ask yourself how you can be more like them. I'll give you a hint: self-criticism is one of the things they have that you don't.
