A carpenter with experience can work a wonder with a hammer and chisel might scoff at the guy who uses a mill, while the mill guy can't understand who would call themselves a professional with years of experience and *not* use the best tools available.
Still, I agree I don't understand why one wouldn't get an FF if you *can* get an FF. Unless one is destitute or severely looking to get the most bang for the tiniest of bucks, it shouldn't be an issue to save up.
Still, I really like my a6000, and no-one can tell me it isn't a great beginner crop for its price. Especially because you can later decide if photog is your thing or not and that bit of money isn't going to hurt so much as an FF if you shelve it.
