>>4269908He didn't even post a photo retardo
>>4269902>If you took 4 steps closer to the mist and took the photo, it would be much better. That makes sense, thanks.
> take photos of things that have meaning to you, keep doing it and turn them into a story. It really is that simpleI can definitely try that, I guess I haven't been trying to create meaning, I just go out and make snapshots, so I have myself to blame of course
>>4269903I do want to focus more on people. I've felt weird taking photos of people but I've also gotten a bit more comfortable. I have a couple rolls of B&W that I need to get around to that have a model shoot I did, which was the first time I shot a model. Not paid or anything, just for fun/practice. I also have undeveloped photos of some street events I went to, so maybe those will turn out nice.
I do like the photo you posted and I'll check him out.
>>4269896>Starting with copying/emulating your favorite photographers will help you hone in on your own artistic style.Forgot to mention this advice sounds very helpful. I like to check out photo books from the library so I ought to pay more attention to them. Here's a photo I took at an airshow by the way, it's one of the snapshots I liked, but it doesn't really make me think. It was on expired film, I think, or I had it pushed mistakenly or something which is why it's so grainy and messed up.
>>4269905Yeah, I honestly don't know if I could do that, maybe I'm just a bitch.
>>4269911Could you post some photos you would rather aspire to imitate? I could use some more inspiration.
