There is no example of paused time in real life. "Stills" are called "stills" because they're absolutely frozen and this is a weird and unnatural thing to see.
More interesting is that you can't do this with audio. There is no equivalent of the photograph in audio recording. Only a continuous stream, or else it can't be consumed.
