And unless they're already shooting nudes with others, don't even bother to ask them to shoot nude with you the first time.. literally don't bring it up until after you've shot with them and given them edited photos from your shoot (unless they bring it up).. don't be a creep.
Expect them to bring a chaperone (aka friend) to any shoot (nude or not). Don't make it an issue. Put the person to work (holding a light/reflector, getting stuff out of the shot, fetching water, whatever)
Don't touch the model. If you need to get hair out of they're face or something, ask their chaperone to do it. If they didn't bring one and you have someone helping you, ask the model of it's ok for that person to make the adjustment. If you don't have anyone helping you ask the model if you can do it. You doing it is always the last option. And you ask every time, even after asking has become a joke.
