I definitely need a hotshoe LED, so any suggestions on that would be great

Biggest thing is what is a good gear option for keeping the shoot still - like a glidecam or a shoulder rig but something more portable, I was thinking maybe a monopod but that would get in the way a lot. Maybe just grab a shoulder rig
I do need a good hotshoe mic to record direct to the camera, as I'm trying to use my H4N on hot shoe and then tie audio together with pluraleyes

I'm also looking for a good slider (motorized? DIY motorized?), focus ring/puller.
