It's hard to name a company that doesn't let half baked shit go out the door, and just as hard to sit down and list all of the ones that do because it would be the majority of businesses on earth and all of the richest ones especially in consumer tech, because in consumer tech the newest is rarely upstream from anything important and failure has been expected since before microsoft existed.
