Get a broken laptop, take out the webcam, connect that to a long usb cable. Now in the dressing room you either drill a hole in a wall or mask it with some epoxi or white resin or whatever, just make sure it blends with the wall. The result will be a really small, like 1mm opening that really cannot be noticed.
You might not get the girl, but sure as hell you can fap to her naked body.
