>>2973837Tampere is a pretty good place. I'd tell you to not go to Hervanta, but if you're going to study there, chances are you're going to live in that place anyway. It's a pretty wild part of town. Enjoy the old brick-layered industrial buildings in the city center. Also if you're into UE, the Lielahti pulp mill might still be there. Pic related. They were tearing down parts of it when I visited a few years ago though.
