Are their any aliexpress chink-tier external soundrecorders that are worth it, or should I just pony up the hundred quid and get a cheap Zoom, it would be for a lav mic or hooking it to a cheap shotgun mic.
>>3371127I have a 700d, I can't say it's some amazing piece of technology but it's solid enough, it'll do what you want it to do, unless you want to shoot everything at 100fps or something, then no.
But the images are solid, the video is acceptable, only thing is because it's a Canon the internal preamp is a bit shit so the audio is a little noisy.
Just get a new lens to replace the 18-55 and it's a solid little camera that does all the basics.
